Getting started as a grassroots journalist

ChiTownDailyNews.org is a nonprofit online newspaper covering Chicago. We are building a network of volunteer journalists, one in every Chicago neighborhood, to help us cover the city.

We offer free journalism instruction to help our volunteers and interested members of the public become better writers and reporters.
